Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your KAEVO order. If something isn’t right, please get in touch.

Change-of-mind and sizing returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind or choose the wrong size.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any original tags attached. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind or sizing returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for these returns.

How to request a return

Email VYRE2026@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back. We recommend using tracked postage and keeping your receipt.

Exchanges

To request a different size or colour, contact us first so we can confirm availability and explain the next steps.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue.

We’ll assess the problem and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights. We’ll cover reasonable return postage for confirmed faulty or incorrect items.

The 14-day change-of-mind limit and unworn-condition requirements do not apply to claims involving faulty or incorrect goods.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your change-of-mind return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable consumer laws. These rights also apply to sale items.
